With the coming of industrialization more and more technocrats are needed to improve the industries through their inventions and innovations. The search for highly efficient people has been more rigorous in the recent years. SRITS is an institute of technology & science to provide sound knowledge of technical principles and applications in scientific and engineering domains to develop analytical and problem-solving abilities to build solutions using information and technologies and aim to identify new trends and evaluate emerging technologies.stands for promoting academic excellence, infusing, social concern, amongst future engineers, developing multidimensional skills and expertise through rigours practical exposures to latest technology, projects of highly technical nature seminar, workshops, conferences of national level and extra curricular activities.

The program of the college covers the latest developments and are designed based on technological and market needs. The college has collaborations with national and international institutes and multinational companies who visit the college, host seminars, conference and encourage R&D work.

Shri Rawatpura Institute of Technology & Science was founded on 12th October 2002 and is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) Vide Approval Letter No. 06/01/M.P./Engg./2002/013 dt.30 April 2003. AICTE is the apex regulatory & statutory body responsible for technical education in the nation. SRITS is affiliated to the University of Technology M.P. - Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal for examination and award of the degrees.

It gives me immense pleasure to say that I could be a part of SRI family. It helped me to grow both academically and as a person. The college gives us ample opportunities to project our skills, technical as well as artistic. It has state-of-the-art infrastructure.

Talking in terms of amenities, it has well-equipped laboratories, classrooms with projectors and a library with all the resources. It also provides facilities to carry out research work. The campus is covered with lush green trees. The quality of teaching is excellent. The faculty are highly knowledgeable in their fields and impart the knowledge to students in a very easy manner. The placement facilities are top notch, provides the best location for internship and recruitment. The placement cell works hard to install the skills in students which are needed for getting placed by way of organizing workshops, seminars, soft-skills lectures. The college gives equal importance to extracurricular activities by organizing fests like SRIJAN, Sports Events, etc.
